My work integrates mindset, holistic healing, and nutrition, shaped by both lived experience and a lifelong practice of natural, intuitive wellness. My personal journey has led me through food allergies, oncology, and burnout, those and more reshaped my relationship with the human body and deepened my belief in whole body care.

With an educational background in Health Studies, Public Health, and Health Arts & Science, training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and over 20 years of experience in bodywork, I work at the intersection of science and soul. I support individuals and families in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, shifting patterns that no longer serve them, and creating nourishing rhythms that supports and brings joy.

Healthify isn’t a trend—it’s a way of life.

When my oldest was diagnosed with severe allergies at age three, and later when my youngest underwent cancer treatment as an infant, symptom management alone was not enough. These experiences solidified my belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when supported through mindful lifestyle choices, nutrition, nature, and mindset.

Today, I help clients Healthify their lives through a mind–body approach that blends lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset—offering clarity, support, and sustainable health that lasts.

Sessions can follow a traditional coaching format or be customized to your needs—whether that’s a 21-day reset, guided food detox, or a personalized plan aligned with your goals.
