I believe healing happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and begin to nourish ourselves—body, mind, and soul. I combine my passions for wholistic health, alternative therapies, clean eating, natural living, and nature-based practices with a deep respect for the mind–body–soul connection.
My work weaves together mindset, holistic healing, and nutrition, guided by both lived experience and a lifelong devotion to natural, intuitive wellness. My own path has led me through food allergies, oncology, and burnout—initiations that reshaped my relationship with my body and taught me the importance of compassion, presence, and sustainable care.
With a background in Health Studies, Public Health, Health Arts & Science, training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and over 20 years in bodywork, I hold space at the intersection of science and soul. I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, cultivating gentle mindset shifts, and creating nourishing rhythms that feel supportive rather than demanding.
